iDimension Plus

The iDimension Plus static dimensioning system automatically measures parcels and irregular packages in less than 0.2 seconds. A small footprint allows for easy integration into current workstations or retail environments.

The rugged iDimension Plus Mobile powered carts consist of 30” and 48” long workstations that hold and power the iDimension Plus dimensioner and other hardware including scales, laptops/thin clients/CPUs, and printers up to 12+ hours at a time or 24/7 operation

iDimension Plus PWD Pallet Weighing and Dimensioning System

The iDimension® PWD dimensioner and scale system provides shippers with the dimensions and weight of palletized shipments, empowering users to identify the correct freight class and reduce the risk of non-compliance fees from carriers.

  • iDimension PWD is capable of measuring pallets up to six feet (1.82 m) cubed—or packages as small as six inches (15.24 cm).

  • For non-Legal for Trade applications, iDimension PWD can measure objects on a pallet by excluding their length and width and subtracting the known pallet height.

  • The iDimension PWD is designed to easily transfer images and dimensions to a network, simplifying claims processes. Built with a web service interface, iDimension PWD offers simple integration through HTTP requests.

  • In less than a day, the iDimension PWD can be set up, configured and put to work.

iDimension LTL

The iDimension® PWD dimensioner and scale system provides shippers with the dimensions and weight of palletized shipments, empowering users to identify the correct freight class and reduce the risk of non-compliance fees from carriers.

  • Legal for Trade measurement range for maximum freight size at 96 in x 96 in x 96 in and minimum freight size at 12 in x 12 in x 12 in with 0.5-inch accuracy

  • 360-degree access for easy pallet placement in the center of target zone

  • Up to four low-resolution intensity images provide a bounding box to identify measurement recorded and can be configured to include time and date, scan ID, serial number, dimensions and dimensioning indications

iDimension Plus XL

The iDimension Plus XL is specifically designed for integrators to provide flexibility in the installation of a dimensioning solution anywhere over a conveyor, table, or scale from a pole, ceiling mount, or support beam. Optional stand is available for ease of integration over a static roller conveyor at 60.2 inches (NTEP approved) or 79 inches above the platform.
