212/212X Storm
212X Storm indicators are designed for non-commercial agricultural weighing applications and are equipped with a polycarbonate enclosure featuring rear shock absorber mounts combined with a 2-inch/51 mm high back-lit LCD. Features include remote inputs for Start, Zero/Clear, Print, Tare and 2XX-KEYFOB functions, numeric keypad, a count feature with accumulator, 3 Preset Weight Comparators (PWCs), plus digital fill control with Load or Unload operation and 100 ID locations including Load Count and Net Weight. Supports up to 8 350-ohm load cells.
212G/212GX Storm
The rugged polycarbonate enclosure makes Cardinal’s NTEP legal-for-trade 212G series weight indicators perfect for a wide range of weighing applications, whether it’s a simple bench scale, livestock scale, heavy-duty floor scale, or even a tank/hopper load cell application. These indicators feature digital fill control, 25 single IDs, push-button Gross, Tare, Net conversion, flexible print formats, selectable weight units, alphanumeric keypad, tare, checkweighing, time and date, livestock weighing functions, and eight preset weight comparators (PWCs).
210 Storm
210 weight indicator is loaded with features, including a stainless steel washdown enclosure, easy-to-read 0.6-in/15-mm high bright-red LED that displays weight to six digits, digital fill control, 25 single IDs, push-button Gross, Tare, Net conversion, flexible print formats, selectable weight units, alphanumeric keypad, tare, checkweighing, time and date, livestock weighing functions, and eight preset weight comparators (PWCs).
S2WIFI Serial to WiFi Module
S2WIFI connects to IEEE 802.11b/g wireless local area networks (wireless LAN) and allows you to wirelessly send data from weight indicators to existing networks, remote displays, printers, laptops, PCs, tablets, and smart phones.
The S2WIFI converts serial to a Wi-Fi signal and supplies wireless Ethernet for any indicator. It may be added to an existing network or you can create a stand-alone network. Four communication status LEDs allow you to quickly identify power, link connection, transmit/receive, and reset to the factory default. The S2WIFI features a watertight, weatherproof enclosure in a compact polycarbonate box with clear smoke cover. No external power is needed, since all power is supplied by the indicator.
ScaleNET WiFi
ScaleNET Wi-Fi Weight Transmitters are load cell analog-to-digital converters with Wi-Fi for sending weight data from a scale base to a wireless network. Designed for non-legal-for-trade weighing applications, ScaleNET may be used with bench scales, floor scales, axle pads, tank/hopper scales, and ag bars (60 ft / 18 m typical range). The free configuration utility app is available for PC, Android®, and Apple® devices. ScaleNET features network password security, adjustable noise filtering, and is available in 3 different hardware options for indoor or weatherproof outdoor weighing applications. ScaleNET must connect directly to the scale’s load cell or junction box (load cell cable not included).
SnapStream Wireless Systems
SnapStream is a fully-integrated NTEP legal-for-trade wireless scale system for commercial applications. It’s completely proprietary to Cardinal Scale and offers a number of competitive advantages for new or pre-existing scale installations. In brief, SnapStream allows a scale to send weight data wirelessly to an indicator and the indicator in turn to send that data wirelessly to a host of peripheral equipment such as remote displays, printers, PC’s and networks. SnapStream is a digitally-controlled weighing and diagnostic system designed utilizing 802.15.4 Zigbee protocol for reliable and accurate weight and data transmission. SnapStream may be used with model 205, 210, and 225 weight indicators, where scale diagnostics can be viewed directly on the indicator.
R320 ABS/VDC Panel Mount
The R300 series of indicators builds on over 15 years of design experience to create a series of cost effective reliable products that are ideal for use in mobile applications such as forklifts, platforms, inside truck cabs, crane scales and OEM applications. The compact housing and versatile power supply options make them suitable for basic weighing through to OEM applications. They are ideal for basic weight-control or level-control functions.
R400 Series Indicators
The R400 series of indicators are designed with both the installer and operator in mind and cover a wide range of applications. They are engineered and built to last with reliability being foremost. The modular design allows for the installation to be commissioned with only the components required, saving on time and money.
R400 MAX Series Programmability
The R400 Series indicators now offer programmability through our Lua module in addition to the 8 standard application firmware that is also available – this combination of programmability and standard application firmware means an R420 or R423 can be configured to suit a large number of single scale, static weighing applications.
